We are learning to build our confidence in and around the water. We practise our swimming skills and love to show off our new tricks.
This is what I have been practising:
Safe entry into the pool (1/4 turn entry)
Submerge and blow bubbles
Float on my back (Starfish)
Float on my front (Starfish)
Pick up objects with my hand
Rocket arms on my front
Rocket arms on my back
I am really proud of: learning how to do rocket arms backwards.
It is tricky when: to keep on your back and not float down to the ground.
Toby, you have grown in confidence during the term and you lvoe to show off your new tricks. When you take your time you do enter the pool safely, now you need to make it a habit. Rocket arms and starfish float on your back are very tricky and I love the way you keep on practising. Remember to push your tummy to the sky and to tilt you chin up to help you to float on your back.
